Hello to the people who have stumbled across my old deviantart page. I am slightly embarrassed of my old high school art, but it remains here for nostalgia. I no longer have access to Photoshop. Back in the day, my high school art teacher gave me CS2, and later on a friend put a pirated version of CS6 on my laptop. But last week, I had to switch from a hard drive to SSD, and unfortunately Photoshop is lost to me. I have tried to use Krita and it's decent, but I am no where close to proficient using this program like I was in Photoshop so I have lost my motivation. I still make art in my free time, but its usually quick sketches or paintings for the purpose of stress-relief or moments of expression. Most of you have ended up on my page because of shimeji. You need to transfer the images I made to the newest shimeji application because the old ones are incompatible with Windows 10. I finally saved up enough money to buy a new laptop! Sadly this means I was forced into using Windows 10, which I was extremely dreading because Windows 7 will always be my baby. Turns out though, I actually kind of like this new foreign OS. Aside from Cortana, the most irritating and useless search shit I've ever had the misfortune to use, and the new Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer's rich cousin with a shiny new icon that actually performs just as bad or worse than IE did. Has anyone on this website found the most recent shimeji-ee program version? Does it work with windows 10? It is backwards compatible with Windows 7 and 8? I need answers! I just moved to a different city so I havent really looked around for an updated shimeji program yet. People have been making requests, so I would love to do them if I can!
